Our charity practice
Compliance, advice, board strategy and technology for Scottish charities.
What we do for charities
Guidance for Scottish charities is scattered and few small charities have anyone whose job is compliance. Most boards start with a compliance foundation: the policies they are missing, drafted with the board, usually over two focused sessions for a fixed fee. From there, ongoing advice on the governance questions the board is actually facing, from an adviser who already knows the charity. Board strategy sessions, and technology and AI set-up, are also available on their own. Behind the compliance work sits our own Charity Compliance Engine, which works from a detailed profile of the charity in front of it and sets out what applies and what does not.
Adviser-led throughout. Every answer is anchored in that charity’s own profile, not in a generic template.

Where the charity work lives
Our charity practice has its own site. The full offering, how the compliance foundation works and what it produces, and what charities we have worked with say about it, are all there.
